Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Manager in a company located in Colombo. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the company’s quality standards and procedures, developing and implementing quality control plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will manage and train a team of quality control technicians.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance and quality control
- Knowledge of quality control techniques and procedures
- Experience with product testing and inspection
- Experience in project management and team management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
