Job Description
Being in the business for over 17 years, MAS Active is a prestigious establishment in Sri Lanka focusing on Activewear, Athleisure, Performance wear, and Men’s essentials.
Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Active – team as a Manager Quality Assurance. This role would enable you to manage the quality assurance function and ensure implementation of quality assurance and control systems/processes within the value stream to meet product/process quality requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Monitor quality-related meetings and follow up on identified quality assurance activities.
- Direct team in adhering to quality standards.
- Guide teams in pre-production meetings and pilot runs to meet customer quality requirements.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Manage upgrade technical knowledge and quality awareness of personnel.
- Recommend training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Lead Lean initiatives while ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Postgraduate Degree in relevant discipline
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience
