Job Description
A leading construction firm, Bridge To Bridge Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage project costs and ensure construction projects are completed within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
- Manage procurement process, contracts, and tenders.
- Monitor and control project costs.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Provide regular project financial reports.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills in English; Sinhala or Tamil proficiency is an advantage.
