Job Description
Specialization: Real Estate Development/Investment Advisory
Reporting to: Senior Manager / Director
Overview of Candidate:
Possess comprehensive knowledge of various project types in real estate. Must have 5-10 years of global advisory experience. Capable of managing projects independently.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Client Meetings: Attend and contribute to on-site meetings, maintain client relationships.
2. Brief and Prepare Analysis Requirements: Assess project data, communicate with team members.
3. Manage Projects: Ensure project objectives are met, monitor progress, and maintain documentation.
4. Problem Solving, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement: Address issues promptly.
5. Financials: Develop and amend Financial Models as required.
6. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders for project success.
Additional Duties: Perform assigned duties.
