Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Zone Healthcare Hospital. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties, and using clerical skills to assist with administrative tasks. Additionally, the Receptionist will communicate with patients and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in performing receptionist duties and using clerical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in using computer applications and electronic medical record systems
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
