Candidate Background:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
