Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager located in Nugegoda. The Regional Manager will be responsible for Recruiting Branch Managers, generating business opportunities, developing customer relationships, identifying market trends, and implementing sales strategies.
Qualifications
Skills required include communication, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical thinking, and sales expertise. Experience in market research, lead generation, and teamwork is essential. Background in Insurance, agriculture, or food industry is preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is required.
