Job Description

Our client, providing front tech solutions for a diverse range of customers in Sri Lanka and Maldives, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Kurunagala region.

We are looking for Regional Sales Managers from the following locations:

• Kandy
• Galle
• Rathnapura
• Jaffna
• Anuradhapura
• Trinco
• Gampaha

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a permanent resident of the region.

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT solutions or hardware sales to the corporate sector.

• Possession of a diploma (SLIM/CIM) or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

• Excellent negotiation, PR, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the Regional Business Unit with leading IT brands.

• Develop new clientele while maintaining existing customer relationships.

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Negotiate to provide the best technological solutions within budget constraints.

• Work directly with product principals/distributors to offer optimal solutions to customers.

• Achieve sales targets, collection targets, and ensure profitability.
