Job Description
The individual in this role will be tasked with overseeing the following responsibilities in our Commercial Banking Team:
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients to achieve challenging performance targets.
- Achieve revenue and PBT targets with a focus on booking new assets and growing liabilities.
- Conduct detailed credit analysis and prepare reports for approval.
- Maintain close business relationships with clients and provide advisory services.
- Monitor and follow-up on credit facilities to ensure quality.
Added Skills:
- Numerical and logical analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic skills in marketing and sales.
- Understanding of Trade Finance and Treasury Operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years in a Bank/Financial Institution with Credit experience, 4 years at managerial level.
- OR Minimum 7 years with Credit experience, 3 years at managerial level, and a Degree or qualification.
