Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join Cinnamon Bentota Beach. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner, with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
The Restaurant & Bar Manager will manage restaurant and bar operations according to the Cinnamon standards to ensure excellent Food and Beverage Services are provided to the guests while adhering to budgets, training staff, and handling guests’ complaints.
