Job Description

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation, and information to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities and events to maximize revenue and meet targets.
  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely assistance and information.
  • Manage and update customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with key staff of CEB for project technical approvals.

Qualifications

  • Possess a diploma or professional qualification from a reputed institute related to a related field.
  • Qualification in sales or marketing field will be a definite advantage.
  • 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role would be highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and other desktop applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
