Overview: CAREER141 is seeking a Sales Executive to manage client accounts and drive new business opportunities in the enterprise market. The role involves expanding the client base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Customer profiling and understanding the Decision-Making Unit (DMU)
- Developing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling
- Managing customer relationships, service provisioning, and billing issues
- Reporting and analysis for marketing information and decision-making
Prerequisites:
- Diploma in Marketing from SLIM or CIM Part II
- 2+ years of marketing experience in ICT/telecommunication/multimedia industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team player skills
- Fluency in English
