Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Nippon Paint located in Jaffna. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
