- Formulate strategies and timely execute plans to achieve sales targets
- Implement customer business plans
- Manage consistency in customer head office visits and initiate customer reviews
- Increase distribution width & depth in Modern Trade
- Ensure smooth payment process from all customers
- Consistently monitor business KPIs and submit updates to management
- Establish Color cosmetics with selected MT chains
- Execute brand/product launches timely with customers
Personal Profile:
- Professional qualifications: Relevant Degree (CIM UK) or SLIM
- Minimum 6-8 years work experience in Modern Trade
- Experience in field team management in FMCG, preferably related to Beauty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
