Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a structured and efficient workflow to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Develop and implement Employment Market Strategies and LinkedIn Recruitment Strategies to attract high-potential talent.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and interview teams to ensure a clear understanding of job requirements and assess candidates against appropriate criteria.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 03 years of staffing/recruitment experience with more than 05 years in HR.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English are a MUST.
