Job Description

Audit – Audit senior/Associate Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning audits, develop audit programs, and perform audit work, including process documentation, control evaluations, and direct contact with clients
• Complete audit procedures that obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence with a focus on quality and in accordance with applicable auditing standards
• Prepare clear and concise audit work papers within prescribed timeframes
• Plan and organize work, manage multiple tasks, set objectives/goals, and re-prioritize as needed including working to tight deadlines
• Identify and document audit issues and propose resolution
• Keep managers and team members informed of significant developments and progress on the engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience at a Top 5 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work within UK working hours
• Knowledge/ability to work with online digital audit working paper
• Demonstrating expertise in primary accounting framework (IFRS/UK GAAP), related financial reporting matters and auditing standards (ISA).
