Our Dream Hire
- 4+ years of experience in BI solution development, data warehousing, and reporting.
- Proficient in handling secure data and familiar with data protection standards.
- Experienced with open-source BI tools such as Metabase or Redash.
- Skilled in real-time database reporting and analytics.
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable with programming languages like Python or R.
- Having a statistical background is beneficial, enabling you to derive deeper insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working both independently and within a team.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to grasp the requirement from business stakeholders and implement reporting solutions catering to a wide audience.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain BI solutions, including data warehousing, analytics, and reporting systems.
- Implement and manage BI tools and dashboards, with a preference for open-source platforms like Metabase and Redash.
- Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive data across BI platforms.
- Perform detailed analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver accurate, timely reports.
- Specialize in real-time database reporting, enhancing our ability to respond quickly to business needs.
