Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Business Analyst at Apptimus. The Senior Business Analyst will conduct business analysis, gather business requirements, and analyze business processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, communication facilitation, and insights provision for strategic decision-making are key responsibilities. Remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Documenting and analyzing business processes experience
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Process improvement and change management experience
• Agile methodologies and project management knowledge
• Relevant certifications a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience with Figma
• Data analysis and visualization tools knowledge (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
• Industry-specific regulations and compliance standards familiarity
• Experience in insurance, finance, healthcare, or technology sectors
