Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. They will establish strategies, work cross-functionally, and provide solutions to internal business units.

Responsibilities:

• Business analysis activities including requirement gathering, systems analysis, and design.
• Project management activities liaising with business users, ICT teams, and vendors.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Application system administration and support.
• Engage in BPR exercises, UAT, and system integration tasks.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer/Business Analyst/Project Manager.
• Working knowledge of SQL and application systems.
• Experience with web services/REST/Java or General Insurance is a plus.
