Job Description

Are you a real-world problem solver and a technical story teller?

We are on the lookout for competent, self-motivated Engineers to be an integral part of our business analyst team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in defining, reviewing, analyzing, and verifying business requirements.
• Collaborate in selecting hardware and software solutions to meet business needs.
• Act as a bridge between technical team and end users.
• Create functional specifications and analyze product changes.
• Lead compilation of system requirements and process documentation.
• Evangelize XdotO Concepts strategy and value proposition.
• Conduct solution demos and User Acceptance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in solution designing and business analysis.
• Proactive attitude with a track record of project delivery.
• Exposure to MES, IIoT, or automation projects advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to agile development practices.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
