Our client is a renowned supplier of sportswear and apparel fabric materials, headquartered in Hong Kong with operations in China, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. They are now looking for a Senior Business Manager to join their team in Sri Lanka.

Job Highlights

• The role will be based in Sri Lanka (Relocation provided).
• Responsible for growing the client’s regional business in Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead business accounts for timely delivery and quality supply.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve delivery commitments.
• Manage data, lead creative problem-solving, and drive business growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years experience in textile or apparel industry, offshore experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin.
