The technical writer hired for this position will develop and maintain documentation for EDA products used by a highly technical audience, including chip designers and scientists. Responsibilities include:
- Working on one or more products with product teams located globally.
- Planning work independently in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Creating accurate and stylistically aligned documentation.
- Participating in technical publications initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science with 4 to 18 years of technical writing experience in a software product development company.
Required Skills
Good grasp of technical writing principles, quick learner, excellent communication, ability to understand customer needs, decision-maker, and teamwork skills.
Desired Skills
Experience with DITA, UNIX/Linux, and EDA tools.
Other Details
Writing samples required, shortlisted candidates take a writing test.
