Job Description
The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) is seeking a Senior Executive / Executive for the Human Resources department. Join a dynamic organization committed to developing the stock market and fostering regional competitiveness.
Requirements to Apply:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management
- 3+ years of HR operations experience, including Compensation and Benefits
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and integrity
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing and benefit analysis
- Coordinate employee foreign travel
- Act as HRIS Administrator
- Maintain Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
- Support HR functions including recruitment and performance management
