Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Senior Executive – Process Excellence for a Financial Services company in Colombo.
Job Role:
- Champion process improvement initiatives, lead process mapping, and ensure operational effectiveness.
- Manage process migrations, drive seamless transitions, and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading and motivating your team.
Qualifications:
- Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations.
- Degree/professional qualifications in Business Management, Accounting (ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA) preferred.
- 2+ years of process excellence experience with successful process migrations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Six Sigma certification a plus.
- IT proficiency (MS Visio & Minitab experience a bonus).
