Job Description

Position Purpose:

The Finance Executive will plan and perform accounting services. Tasks include accounts controlling, payroll for Beauty Advisors, and assisting with invoicing. Provide support to Business Manager with operational and administration matters.

Principal Accountabilities:

Financial guidelines

• Maintain financial policies and procedures
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payroll and invoicing
• Monitor stock levels and movements
• Handle taxation and audit requirements
• Highlight financial risks

Reporting

• Provide monthly financial reports
• Maintain manual ledger

Administrative

• Provide operational and administrative support
• Assist with board resolutions and legal documents

Requirements:

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ finance experience
• FMCG/Beauty industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills

Education

• Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field
• Partial qualification in ICASL/AAT
