The ideal candidate should possess:

• Member of CA Sri Lanka /CIMA and Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Proficient Knowledge in Accounting Standards, Tax regulations, and business processes.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years overall experience, including 2-3 years in a reputed audit firm.
• Hands-on experience in ERPs and MS Office packages.
• Strong Leadership Skills, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, and People Management.
