Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager – Management Accounting at Intelligentz Global Pvt Ltd in Colombo. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial management and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and financial reporting. They will provide strategic financial guidance and support to the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Expertise in financial reporting and financial statement analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using financial management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the training and development industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
