Role Description
This full-time role requires a Senior Front Office Executive to manage daily operations at Flying Ravana Adventures. Responsibilities include front desk duties, customer service, and guest communication, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Receptionist and front office experience
- Excellent communication
- Customer service-focused
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Knowledge of local attractions (Badulla area)
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
