Job Description
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong command of accounting software with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies
- Excellent numerical proficiency and attention to detail for precise financial reporting
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, colleagues, and authorities
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Dutch accounting principles and regulations, knowledge of tax laws will be an advantage
Professional Experience:
- Processed invoices accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies
- Managed accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timely payments
- Reconciled bank statements, identified discrepancies, and maintained accurate financial records
- Collaborated with auditors during audits, provided necessary documentation
- Prepared and processed payments on a regular basis
- Assisted in month-end and year-end closing processes for financial reporting
