Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist located in Colombo. The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management. They will also be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in all HR matters, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience in HR management, including policy development, employee benefits, and personnel management
- Ability to provide expert guidance and support in all HR matters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
