SENIOR MANAGER: LEGAL & REGULATORY
Requirement:
- An Attorney at Law with a LLB or LLM from a recognized University holding a Secretarial License.
- Minimum of 5 years Managerial experience as a Commercial Lawyer in Banking / Digital Banking / Finance Sector with Secretarial Experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the Finance Business Act and relevant Directions, Companies Act, CSE and SEC Rules and Regulations.
- A leader with sound Legal Judgement and demonstrated experience in acting independently.
- Strong personality with exceptional Written and Oral Communication Skills.
