You will play a key role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of our HR function, ensuring the growth and development of our employees.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Human Resource management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the education sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
