Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Senior Manager – Sales Dealer at InTalent Asia.
- Work Type: Onsite
- Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Mon – Fri
- Working Location: WTC, Colombo
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities and expand dealer networks.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
