Job Description
Responsibilities
- Increase and monetize the mCash B2B market segment.
- Lead the development of innovative product concepts, oversee technical integration, and drive promotional strategies for product growth.
- Streamline development processes for timely delivery of product features, enhancing user experience aligned with market demands.
- Develop strategies to ensure product success and growth in the market.
- Gather market data, create products, generate reports, analyze performance, and improve financial outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management or CIM/SLIM Qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in fintech product management.
- Familiarity with internet and web-based applications, MS Office, and business analytics.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
