Job Description
Surge Global, a leading digital consultancy in Sri Lanka, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about leveraging marketing, data, and technology to drive business growth, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project plans and timelines.
- Collaborate with international and local clients and technical teams for project deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are on track and within budget.
- Identify upselling opportunities to existing clients for Surge services.
- Create project documentation and liaise with leadership and finance teams.
- Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience.
- Background in digital marketing and strategy consulting preferred.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Proven experience in overseeing project lifecycles.
- Strong cross-functional team management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, ClickUp.
- Professional qualifications in Project Management a plus.
