Job Description
Description:
- Communicate with brand point persons promptly regarding quality and delivery concerns.
- Analyze factory performance, identify high-risk factories, and recommend improvement plans.
- Provide root cause analysis to track trends/issues in factories.
- Ensure production quality adheres to SOPs, detect problems early, and suggest corrective actions.
- Monitor vendor performance, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in quality review meetings and calibrate auditors as per brand requirements.
- Prepare audit reports, conduct factory evaluations, and offer recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of garment industry experience, preferably in a global organization.
- Hands-on knowledge of garment categories including Knits, Intimates, and Woven.
- Industrial Engineering experience and GSD certificate are highly preferred.
- Experience in handling global brands and strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PPT, technical garment knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good leadership skills, cross-functional team collaboration, and effective resource management.
- Ability to work with regional teams in different countries.
