Job Description
Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Job Role:
- Manage CRM updates and remove expired quotations.
- Coordinate leads and documents in ERP system.
- Approve credit limits, discounts, and handle outstanding payments.
- Engage with customers for quotation submissions and payment follow-ups.
- Facilitate supplier registrations, tenders, and BOQs.
- Coordinate financial transactions and allocations.
- Support sales team with credit and deviation approvals.
- Ensure accuracy of job cards and handle commission requests.
- Manage data entry and financial requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in sales coordination or similar role preferred.
- Professional qualification from SLIM highly desirable.
- Previous experience in ERP System.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and fluency in English and Sinhala languages.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
