Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex systems and solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
• Conduct system performance analysis and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all engineering processes.

Expected Profile:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.Sc. Eng.).
• Registered with the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in system engineering or related fields.
• Strong understanding of system design and architecture.
• Proven experience in managing and leading engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience with government projects is highly desirable.
