Job Description

Responsibilities

• Proactive Talent Acquisition:
  1. Identify emerging talent needs and anticipate future vacancies.
  2. Develop and nurture candidate pipelines for qualified applicants.
  3. Utilize networking strategies to source top talent from diverse pools.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  1. Manage the recruitment process from screening resumes to job offers.
  2. Conduct thorough reviews of candidate profiles efficiently.
• Onboarding:
  1. Oversee new hires’ integration into company culture.
  2. Establish comprehensive employee files and draft essential agreements.
  3. Monitor new employees’ progress through the probationary period.
• HR Systems Management:
  1. Maintain HRIS and ATS systems to support recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Proficient in ATS and HRIS software.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
• Passion for a positive company culture.
• IT industry experience is advantageous.
