Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates
- Screen potential candidates
- Coordinate with the relevant hiring manager to better understand the role
- Build out a candidate pipeline for current & future hiring needs
- Communicate with applicants regarding next steps
- Craft & send recruitment emails
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Talent acquisition specialist
- Good experience using tools such as LinkedIn for sourcing candidates
- Highly collaborative and excellent communication skills in a remote environment
- Effective time-management skills
