Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, currently hiring for a Shift Manager Manufacturing role for a top MNC in the FMCG industry.
Job Role:
- Lead and supervise production workers, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
- Address operational issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare shift reports, collaborate with other managers for smooth handovers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, FMCG preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
