Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage inventory and ensure the showroom is well-stocked and organized.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage orders.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the showroom.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing an interior design showroom.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in interior design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using MS Office and inventory management software.
