Job Description
* Organize all showroom operations and allocate responsibilities to the staff
* Manage and guide staff towards maximum performance to achieve monthly sales targets
* Assign KPIs for staff and staff profiling
* Prepare and control the showroom’s budget for efficiency
* Monitor stock levels and purchases
* Resolve customer complaints to maintain good customer service
* Inspect the showroom areas and address issues
* Plan and oversee in-store events or displays
* Stay informed of market trends for improvements
* Provide training to build team succession
* Ensure legal health and safety compliance
* Manage Inventory and stock clearance
