Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising standards are met.
• Train and develop staff to deliver excellent product knowledge and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a showroom environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
