We are urgently hiring 3 Site Supervisors and 1 Technical Officer for an ongoing Project in Jaffna.
(A) Site Supervisor Role Description (Temporary)
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee construction activities, manage laborers, ensure project schedules, and maintain safety standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction supervision
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Knowledge of safety regulations
Salary: Basic : 40,00 SLR
(B) Technical Officer Role Description (2 Years Contract)
Responsibilities include planning concrete works, site inspections, SWP submissions, and progress reporting.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Technical Officer
- Minimum diploma in civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving abilities
