Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately track cash flow. Experience in maintaining financial databases and problem-solving is required. Tracking 1099s and creating year-end reports are also key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Review and record vendor invoices for accuracy
- Process employee expense reports, identifying and escalating discrepancies
- Maintain knowledge of approved vendors and policies
- Manage 1099s and generate year-end reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger and Accounts Payable
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office
