Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately track cash flow. Experience in maintaining financial databases and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, processing expense reports, and maintaining 1099s and reports at year end.

Responsibilities:

• Review and record invoices from vendors
• Process employee expense reports and escalate discrepancies
• Maintain knowledge of approved vendors and policies
• Generate 1099s and reports at year end

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger and Accounts Payable
• Organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
