Job Description
Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality by analyzing specification documents.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Drive test automation within an Agile Development Process.
- Participate actively in daily stand-up, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
- Report issues and prepare bug reports.
- Maintain expected quality levels provided by the organization.
- Troubleshoot reported issues with clear guidance for resolution.
- Manage customer communication when needed.
- Coordinate deliveries with the product team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- System support and user training experience.
- Web Application and API Testing experience.
- Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
- Test Automation tools experience (e.g. Selenium or Appium) is an advantage.
- Azure DevOps experience is an advantage.
