Job Description
Responsibilities
· Assisting in overseeing all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
· Executing menu items to the hotel’s standards of excellence during service, while supervising kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality.
· Ensuring strict adherence to recipes and portioning guidelines, monitoring cooking techniques to maintain standards.
Prerequisites
· Proven experience working in professional kitchens, with a focus on Southeast Asian cuisine preferred.
· Extensive knowledge of Southeast Asian ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavors.
