Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries from internal staff, students, and external clients and providing solutions.
- Possessing relevant professional qualifications from a recognized University or Institute is advantageous.
- Adhering to and enforcing all institute policies and procedures related to administrative operations.
- Executing Agreements, Collecting Documents, Organizing and maintaining files and records as per Institute policies.
Requirements:
- Successfully passed G.C.E O/L with credit in English with G.C.E (A/L) 3 passes in any stream.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in administration and student services.
